INSource is a website loaded with tools to help businesses navigate risk management, simplify compliance, and support employees. LaPorte clients can leverage the resources in INSource whenever they need at no additional cost.
By self-funding their health plans instead of purchasing fully-funded group health plans, employers exercise greater control over their costs and benefits. However, self-funding is not right for every employer – there are pros and cons to either option. LaPorte can help you explore your options – including fully-funded and self-funded plans as well as alternative funding and association plans – to develop a benefits strategy that makes sense for your company.
We can help you develop a benefits strategy that respects your budget. One great option is to include a wide selection of voluntary benefits. Employees often appreciate having access to these, but, since employees often pay for the benefits themselves via payroll deductions, the cost for the employer may be little or even nothing.
