Working in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years helped Danny understand the necessity and value of providing clients with exceptional service. His focus on service has been clear throughout his career, as both a voluntary benefit specialist and an account executive with LaPorte. Danny is an individual who gives more than he receives, which has rewarded him with several top producer awards in every operation in which he has worked. As a member of the Elizabethtown College soccer team, Danny learned the importance of discipline, communication and teamwork. As part of the dynamic LaPorte team, those same lessons help Danny meet the needs and objectives of his clients. He understands that every client is unique, so the same game plan will not work each and every time. Understanding your strengths, having open communication, as well as utilizing valuable resources are key factors in achieving the goal of mutual success. Danny’s top priority is his family. His wife and three kids are the best part of his day, every day. Fortunately, they put up with him being a golf junkie. Danny also enjoys going to the beach with his family, working on home improvement projects at the Sullivan Homestead, playing Frisbee with his dog and occasionally dabbling in stand-up comedy. One of Danny’s favorite quotes is from author H. Jackson Brown, “Live so that when your children think of fairness, caring, and integrity, they think of you.” This is how Danny thinks of his parents and strives to live by these words for his children.
